Media personality Martha Kay has shared her struggles with persistent and terrifying nightmares, revealing that she has tried multiple methods to stop them but has found no relief.
Taking to her X account, Martha expressed her struggle, explaining that despite efforts such as prayer, mindfulness, and reducing screen time before bed, the nightmares continue to haunt her.

I really need help with nightmares. I’ve tried prayer, mindfulness, avoiding my phone before bed, but they won’t stop.
She described the nightmares as “long, vivid, and extremely scary,” sometimes occurring multiple times in a single night.
Frustratingly, she noted that sleeping earlier seems to make them even worse.
Martha also mentioned that prayer is already part of her bedtime routine, yet the nightmares persist.
