A section of subjects of the Rwenzururu Kingdom has raised concern over what they describe as delays by government in fulfilling the Presidential pledge to construct a palace for the cultural institution. Five people who recovered from Ebola were discharged from treatment in Béni in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on Sunday.
