Traffic flow on the Kampala-Entebbe Highwayremained calm as the long waited Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Summit kicked off yesterday. Although there was heavy deployment of security on the road from Entebbe International Airport to Speke Resort Munyonyo in Kampala where the Summit is taking place. While addressing the media, SCP Fred Enanga – Police spokesperson indicated that due to the heavy deployment of the police around the summit venue there hasn’t been challenges regarding the security of delegates from various countries.
