Locals in Kizungu Cell, Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality have been called upon to always lock well their shops against thieves as they approach Christmas season. The chairperson Local Council One Mr. Wakibanahi Fenehasi said this while speaking to our News reporters in his office. Fenehasi said that security begins with an individual. As Wakibanahi warned the locals who lock their business and leave them hence thieves breaking into their shops.
