Rwenzori East Police have arrested a man identified as Kamala Isaac for impersonating a government official. Isaac allegedly posed as a GISO (Internal Security Officer) for Central Division in kasese municipality and, in other instances, as the RDC (Resident District Commissioner) of Kasese.
