President Museveni was massively welcomed in Kisoro district yesterday in the vote Search for NRM Rose Kabagenyi as the woman Mp. the by-election follows the passing of Kisoro woman Mp and state minister for defense and veteran affairs, Sarah Mateke who died at Mulago Hospital after succumbled heart attack in september 2024.
