Security operatives spearheaded by the Resident District Commissioner (RDC) in Bunyangabu district have arrested five people accused of soliciting funds from pending Parish Development Model (PDM) beneficiaries bribing them of quickening the process.
This was after a three days serious operation that started last week in the entire district.
Those that emerged culprits include; Phiona Kukunda a Sub- County chief, Moses Kyaligonza a parish chief of Pida, Hellen Kobugabe Parish chief Kiyombya, Doreen Ahaisibwe parish chief Nyamisaka and Sifa Kabasongora the secretary of Waza Sacco.
