The deputy RDC in charge for Kasese Municipality, Muhindo Justine has today afternoon unveiled a shelter house worth over 360m for victims of Gender Based Violence in Rukoki-Kasese district. This was during the celebration of the 16 days of activism against gender based violence. The shelter building that the KDLG leadership were using is left for renovations and be given to GBV victims for counselling and other office related works be under construction of Brooks company ltd. by Katukwire Paul
