the 27th conference of speakers and presiding officers of the common wealth (cspoc) has commenced today at speke resort munyonyo in kampala. while addressing the dignitories at this conference , HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni noted that Uganda will benefit much in hosting such conferences that are at international level.
