China Railway 18 – a company that is constructing roads in Kasese town centre under USMAID program has embarked on levelling and excavation of rocks at Kasese municipal offices compound paving way for it’s beautification process of roads is at 95% completion in kasese town center and Nyamwamba division. According to mr.Kairi Zedekia Kambasu – deputy town clerk Kasese municipality said it was quite necessary for china railway 18 to support the municipality to beautify it’s compound that has been for a long time occupied by rocks. He added that they are going to construct a perimeter walla round the municipal offices to improve on security. Speaking to Mr.Nyamunungu Patrick – socialogist for china railway 18 has also confirmed on the plans of developing the municipal offices by paving the compound, planting trees and construction of a perimeter wall which will all cost over 500 million.
