Two vehicles have been shot in Kapapi, Hoima District following a clash over a 5 square mile piece of land between a UPDF officer and residents.
The incident happened in Kapapi 1 Village, Kapapi Subcounty. The vehicles, a Toyota Mark X UBR 117L and a Toyota XS UAK 227D, were reportedly being driven by police who had gone to rescue Capt. Rogers Karamagi of UPDF.
