Today 9th April 2025, pupils from Five start model school, King Primary school, Universal primary school and Greenwich Model School in Kisanga Cell Nyamwamba Division Kasese Municipality, gathered at all saints church of Uganda at 8:30am for prayers that are preparing them for the celebrations of the resurrection of our lord Jesus Christ.
The service was led by Rev. Shyawuswa Christopher the parish vicar for all saints model parish in Nyamwamba Arcdeaconary South Rwenzori Diocese.
In his preaching, The Reverend questioned the children not to show bad behaviours in or outside school and they should repent their sins in this fasting period.
More so, He also reminded the about the reason why they should stay in school and abstaining from every habit that makes them bad people in the community and at times leads them to be useless people.
The pupils also accepted to give themselves to Jesus Christ and the majority Surrendered themselves to Jesus as one way of waiting for the coming Easter Sunday.
The chapel master from King Primary in his remarks he said that today was a day that is not only preparing pupils for the Easter season that we are heading in but also it is called to prepare everyone wherever you could be.
He added that we should celebrate this season in a holly way not again moving around and start taking things that are harmful to our lives especially alcohol among others.
