Residents of Kizungu, Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality are decrying over mushrooming money lenders in their area before who ask for National Identity cards as security before they give out loans. While speaking to Rwenzori Tv, Mr Wakibanahi Fenehasi – LC1 Kizungu says that because of these money lenders who ask for IDs from residents haven’t managed to apply for PDM funds because they lack IDs.
