Stakeholders in the management and restoration of River Mpanga catchment area including political leaders, Toro Kingdom, ministry of water and environmental among others have unveiled a number of obstacles they are encountering to successively achieve their move. This was made known yesterday in a meeting that was held at Kayla Courts in Fort Portal City few weeks after heavy rains swelling the water volume of the gentle meandering river causing havoc to the neighboring communities.
