Ugandans Urged to take responsibilities for understanding the human rights laws within their communities of residence. This message was echoed today afternoon in an engagement training held at TJ Global Hotel in Kasese Municipality and was conducted by the ministry of Labor and social development in partnership with enable Uganda.
