Deputy RDC – Kasese in charge of Bukonzo Lt. Maate Magwara has come out clarifying on matters regarding national IDs application which is ongoing at the NIIRA offices in Kasese. This comes when a group of youths stormed Nyamwamba Division premises asking division GISO to sign for them and he couldn’t.
