Parents have been called upon to take responsibilities over their children if they are to end teenage pregnancies as one way of embracing education. This message was said today afternoon at Kamaiba Youth center during a debate competition organized by the 16 days of activism against gender based violence, the campaign that aims at eliminating violence and teenage pregnancies.
