Local leader from kasese muncipality have sighted a need of serous renovation of Multi-purpose social hall in Nyamwamba DIvision kasese municipality which is overseen by kasese district local government.
This building cost over shs 586m but nowadays its on bad state, it leaks, the ceiling have developed serious cracks some doors and windows dont have glasses.
The state of the structure, puts the lives of people who use this facility at stake.
However District leaders are quiet about it.
It is not surprising that even the fence at the facility has started disappearing day and night.
