Mahango elites forum launched their forum as one way to improve the education standards and wellbeing of mahango sub-county communities. The launch was held at Virina gardens in Kasese Municipality which forum was started in the year 2016 according to the interior Mr,. Roland Rwamanyonyi with an aim to bring together all elites of mahango sub-county in paving ways how they can develop their sub-county.
