The turn up during LC 3 Election was low compared to the presidential, parliamentary and L c 5 elections in Kasese district.
This was attributed to irregularities in the parliamentary and LCV elections according to Hilder Businge Maate the LCIII aspiring for Hima town council adding that machines were not working and brought them very late.
Hilder Maate said Hima town council is still having a challenge of drainage channels so if he announced again as the l c 3 chairperson, she will solve this challenge of drainage system, roads structure, clean water and health.
Nyatereza reported that the machines delayed the voting process because they refused finger prints yet they are in the registers even though they used registers during presidential elections
Gidson Mumbere from Kitswamba town council said at his polling station everything was moving on well and people had decided to vote him because he has constructed boreholes and put in place the solar lights in Kitswamba town council
Katenene and salongo Daniel of Rugendabara and Kitswamba sub counties confirmed the low turn up of voters.
