UPDATE; According to the doctors at Rubaga Hospital, Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad is brain dead, with most of his organs having shut down. He is not yet dead but in a critical condition – Nile post confirms.
As we had earlier reported that the Member of Parliament for Kawempe North Muhammad Ssegirinya, has passed away this morning and this was confirmed by sources close to the family.
Mp Ssegirinya is not dead but in critical condition.
