Amnesty commission region office led by Mr. Ronald Ssekatawa has embarked on the program of identifying and registering all Royal Guards of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu in Kasese, Bunyangabu, Kabarole, Ntoroko and Bundibugyo districts. Mr. Ssekatawa Ronald said that it was important for them to register all Royal Guards because this will help them monitor them closely and plan for them in terms of skilling them in various vocational skills.
