Police in Kasese is holding a one Mr. Paul Muhindo Kibonge, a resident of Nyamwamba East cell in Kasese Municipality on allegation of buying stolen items from criminal gangs allied to Gaza strip.
Rwenzori East Region Police spokesperson, SP.Luke Mbusa confirmed the information saying the suspect was arrested in his shop in Kizungu cell, Kasese Municipality to help with police investigations.
Speaking to police spokesperson for Rwenzori Ease region, SP Luke Mbusa, revealed that at least twenty houses are reported to have been broken into by criminal gangs belonging to Gaza strip last night in Nyakasanga.
Luke who said police has intensified patrols in Kasese Municipality, called for vigilance and information sharing with security about suspected criminals.
The chairperson local council one, Mr. Moses Kataba and his counterpart, Mr. Jafali Kigutiha for Base-camp lower cell told Rwenzori TV in a separate interview that soft drinks were discovered in the house of Ms.Joice Mbambu, the land landlord for the alleged Gaza Commanders.
Though police in Kasese district saying is working tireless to end the acts of Gaza strip, but GAZA strip is still a big problem to the communities of Kasese district.
