Peresh Shukla, renowned manufacturer of motorbikes and Managing Director of Simba Automotives, has officially taken on the prestigious role of Indonesian Consulate to Uganda.
The formal introduction took place as Shukla presented his credentials to the State Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of regional co-operation, John Mulimba.
Shukla expressed a commitment to fortifying the longstanding ties between Uganda and Indonesia, dating back to the aftermath of World War II.
He went on to highlight the potential for enhanced collaboration, particularly in key sectors such as electric vehicles, thermos-energy, and pharmaceuticals across the African continent.
