It shll always be remembered that it was afternoon hrs when the Alied democratic forces ADF made their first attack in uganda on 13th November 1996 with it’s first scale attack in the towns of Bwera and Mpondwe lhubiriha town council, Bukonzo West constituency in kases district -western uganda.
This attack resulted in approximately 50 deaths and displaced about 25000 people before Ugandan troops recapture the towns .
