At least three members of the committee that was instituted to probe the corruption tendencies in Kasese district didn’t append their signatures on the compiled report that is detailing their findings. Kasese District Council established a 7 member committee to investigate the allegations of corruption in the district service commission, District Executive Committee and Human Resources sections.
